Alexia Mejía started producing coffee in 2016, but began marketing efforts in 2021 after the 2021 pandemic, with a key focus on specialty coffees. The pillar of Alexia's coffee is Parainema. As a Honduran variety, she believes it highlights and exemplifies the exceptional quality that Honduras offers, even in the most competitive coffee markets in the world. This coffee is a clear example of this.
